From our Art Nouveau period, this graceful cake is to be admired with its delicate floral style. A fresh colour palette and the modern way the cake sits flush with the edges of its porcelain dish shakes up the simple look. The interior is made of white layers filled and frosted with vanilla Swiss-meringue butter cream and then covered with fondant.
